ABOUT ME

I’m Paulina – a hypnotherapist and researcher specialising in working with people with aphantasia.
As someone with global aphantasia myself, I understand first-hand how frustrating it can be when you cannot find support that works for your unique brain.
Everything I teach is adapted to work without visualisation, based on my research, my 1:1 client work and my own experience.
